Fullstack Developer (SpringBoot & React) - full time (f/m/d)

• Develop features end-to-end: from software design and frontend development to REST API design, backend development, and database design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and mentor other developers.
• Stack: SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, React, AWS, GitHub, Figma, Sentry

😎 Your responsibilities:

• Lead the development of key features, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, managing all technical aspects.
• Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas for refactoring and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with our product manager to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to your work.

🚀 What you will bring

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in software development.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with either SpringBoot and/or React as well as SQL.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong passion for technology and coding, with a commitment to staying current with new tools and trends.
• Customer Focus: An ability to understand and prioritize user needs, ensuring that features are both functional and user-friendly.
• Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with others.
• Ownership: A proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
